FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients:
- chunks of pineapple
- seedless grapes
- cherries
- diced plums
- blueberries
- chunks of apple
- slices of kiwi fruit
- segments of mandarin
- 1 tablespoon of raw sugar
- 100mls of water
Directions:
Simply mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. Refrigerate until nice and cold.
Cook raw sugar and water in a small saucepan until sugar has dissolved and allow to cool or chill in fridge. When both fruit mix and sugar syrup have chilled pour sugar syrup over the fruit and mix well and pop back in fridge to allow to blend together a little bit.
Serve with goats milk yoghurt. Delicious!
